Come and join me for an evening of fun, freedom and adventure where you will learn the 3 golden rules of improv and create short scenes ‘in the moment’ with no planning involved. This may sound daunting - ‘what if I don’t know what to say'? It's improv - you don't ‘have’ to know, you just respond to other people and what they say. ‘What if I'm not funny?' Good news - you don't have to be! The ‘funny’ is created naturally through the characters you portray and the situations you are given. You could literally be a garden fairy, a builder, a hairdresser on the moon, a photographer at the pyramids or even a packet of peas! This is what makes improv funny! The group will be small (12 max), supportive and safe. You will not have to do anything you don't feel comfortable with. You are supported to go at your own pace. My style is inclusive and perfect for ADHDers (I am one too). I have spent most of my working life as a teacher and pride myself on including everyone and meeting individual needs. I have worked with adults and children of all ages and am passionate about spreading the joy of improv to as many people as possible. Improv is fun, powerful, exciting and creative. You will surprise yourself with what your brain offers - you honestly will. You will feel invigorated and your face will hurt from laughing! You will meet like minded and lovely people!
